HOW ORDERING A CUSTOM PRODUCT WORKS
When you place an order, we make sure you have a great experience through sign design, consultation, production, and delivery.
To order a custom product:
1. Send us an email (form below) or call us at 541-620-4222 (Hex Industries LLC will not sell, release, or use your information for anything unrelated to the established customer relationship.)
2. If contacting via email, fill out the form below and we will get back to you within the next business day.
3. We will send you an exact quote based on your specifications (See below for details on the process). Orders usually delivered or shipped within a week of ordering.
After you reach out, we will reply no later than the following business day with a few questions. We will walk through your preferences and vision to come up with a product that exceeds your expectations while meeting your budget, timeline, and style.
Once we have a clear understanding of the product we are creating, we will send you a quote, followed by a virtual draft of what your final product will look like. These drafts are unlimited, meaning we don't build it until you like it. You are free to tweak and re-design as much as you like.
Once the design is approved, we will start production once payment is received. Lead time is currently 1 week from approval and payment until shipment. As always, orders over $450 ship for free if largest dimension is less than 4 feet.

Design and Consultation: $120/hour = ~$60 - $300+ per product*
Cut Charge = $7.50 per square foot of material = ~$30-$200+ per product*
Material = $50 - $200+ per product*
Shop Labor = $75/hour = $30 - $200+ per product*
Grand Total = $170 - $500+*
